Interested In Adopting?

Read below to learn more about our adoption process.

How It Works

At Wilder Performance Equine Rescue, our adoption process is meticulous and thorough, all aimed at finding the perfect forever home for the animals in our care. Prospective adopters are required to complete our adoption application, which is carefully reviewed. Upon approval, we conduct a mandatory home check to ensure the environment is suitable for the animal's needs. Once the home check is passed, an adoption date is scheduled. During the adoption appointment, we provide all the essential documentation about the animal. Additionally, we require signing a release of ownership and a consent form. The consent form includes a commitment to the ongoing care and wellness of the animal, and an agreement to return the animal to our care if necessary. Our stringent process is implemented to guarantee that the animals find homes filled with care, love, and understanding for a lifetime. We are dedicated to ensuring that each animal finds their perfect match, making every adoption a true success story.
